THE TASK

• The Big Grill Festival offer a VIP experience within the festival, a place where guests can grab a comfy seat, play some games and grab a cold drink with friends.

• They tasked us to come up with design concepts to help add colour to the area and to elevate the customer experience.

• We added the VIP touch through colourful ribbon instillations, ornate shade structures, comfy seating, plush touch and a beautiful back drop piece all in keeping with the brand identity of the Rancho Relaxo.

THE EXPERIENCE

At The Big Grill Festival, we were entrusted with enhancing the VIP experience, transforming the area into a vibrant and inviting retreat for guests. Our design concepts focused on infusing color and sophistication to elevate the overall experience. We introduced eye-catching colorful ribbon installations and ornate shade structures to create a visually stunning environment. Complementing these features were plush, comfortable seating arrangements designed for relaxation, along with a beautifully crafted backdrop piece that harmonised with the Rancho Relaxo brand identity. This thoughtful integration of elements not only added a festive and luxurious touch but also provided a delightful space for guests to unwind, socialise, and enjoy the festival in style.

We brought a elevated the Rancho Relaxo VIP area with a combination of colour, plush touches, greenery, plants and play.
