THE TASK

• We created an intimate and playful experience for the Airbnb employees for their end of year gathering. Mixing art, music, play and interactive elements to engage, excite, surprise and delight.

• Organising everything from unique venue, bespoke menu offering, drinks, entertainment, visuals, performances, games and decor. We wanted to help the team reconnect with each other, celebrate their wins, and finish the year together on a high note.

THE EXPERIENCE

For Meta’s office space, we designed and installed an interactive art piece known as the Gratitude Tree, aimed at fostering mindfulness and reflection among employees. This innovative installation invites staff to pause and contemplate their daily blessings by writing down something they are grateful for and attaching it to the tree. The Gratitude Tree serves as a visual representation of positive reflections, helping to shift focus from daily stresses and challenges to moments of appreciation. By encouraging employees to regularly acknowledge and cherish the positives in their lives, the installation contributes to reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, while promoting a more optimistic and resilient outlook. This thoughtful addition not only enhances the office environment but also supports the well-being of everyone who interacts with it.

A large scale intricate cut CNC tree instillation piece, to create a conversation and engagement around moments of gratitude.
