THE TASK

• The client wanted us to create three separate activations that would happen across the city over the course of one day for their staff and staff family for pride.

• We created a custom build themes push float for their parade activation, a pop up family friendly experience in Merrion Square where the parade would end. And a family friendly pride themed gathering in a venue in town for after the days festivities.

THE EXPERIENCE

The client entrusted us with crafting a vibrant celebration across the city for their staff and their families during Pride. Our first creation was a custom-built themed push float, designed to dazzle and delight during the parade. It embodied the spirit of their theme “all together now” taking inspiration from the the beetles yellow submarine from their all together now album. Following the parade's conclusion, we unveiled a pop-up family-friendly experience at Merrion Square, serving as a welcoming haven of joy and inclusivity. Here, amidst cheerful decorations and activities, the festivities continued seamlessly. Finally, to cap off the day, we orchestrated a warm and inviting Pride-themed gathering at a city centre venue, offering a relaxed atmosphere with food, games and face painting for families to unwind and celebrate together after a day filled with meaningful connections and shared experiences.

THE OUTCOME

We created a push float from the ground up and transform two city centre locations to entertain and celebrate with indeed staff and their families for pride.
