THE TASK

• We transformed the function room at Ashford Castle into a private supper club to surprise and delight the VIP guest of the Guinness travel classics experience.

• We were tasked with creating a surprise element that would compliment the talk series being hosted for guests that evening.

• We worked with our suppliers to create several end to end LED glass display tables that lit up in the middle of the talk series and displayed visuals that complimented the talks

THE EXPERIENCE

For the exclusive Guinness Travel Classics experience at Ashford Castle, we meticulously transformed the function room into an intimate and luxurious private supper club, designed to surprise and delight the VIP guest. As part of the evening's festivities, which featured a captivating talk series, we collaborated with our trusted suppliers to craft a truly magical experience. At the heart of the room, several custom-built LED glass display tables were positioned, their sleek surfaces coming to life mid-event with vibrant visuals that seamlessly complemented the themes of the talks. This unexpected display not only enhanced the ambiance but also added a dynamic layer of engagement, leaving the guests mesmerized and elevating the entire evening to an unforgettable level.
