THE EXPERIENCE

At H&G Our team had the honor of transforming the iconic Brews Dining Hall in the Guinness Storehouse into a rustic pop-up dining experience. Drawing inspiration from contemporary Ireland and the curated menu, we meticulously interwove these elements into the event styling to create an authentic and captivating atmosphere. The decor featured rustic wooden tables, ambient lighting, and elegant touches that reflected the rich cultural heritage and modern flair of Ireland. This cohesive and beautiful design seamlessly aligned with Guinness's premium brand image, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience that celebrated both tradition and innovation.

THE OUTCOME

We transformed and dismantled this space every night for three nights over the course of the St Patricks Day festival in the Guinness Storehouse.

  • 210 x international guest over the course of three nights

  • 29 x event professionals, performers, stylists and cooks to bring the vision to life

  • 1 x unforgettable experience
